Montreal STM Tax for Car Owners - and mean Laval pays nothing..

Bonjour,
ayant payé les frais pour la STM cette année, je comprends pas pour
quoi les Montrelais qui payent aussi leur mensuel de la STM doivent
payer cette taxe.
Nous utilisons la voiture pour aller la au QC ou il n y a pas de
train, pour le ski par ex. Les gens de Laval parcontre utilisent les
ponds et les routes a Montreal gratuit. Donc c est moi qui payent pour
tout le monde, parce que je vis au centre?
Je trouve ils faudrait encourager les gens de s acheter des mensuel
mais rembourser les gens avec une voiture qui ont deja un STM mensuel.
Ca serait juste.

Monsieur,
Le maire de Montréal, M. Gérald Tremblay, a bien reçu le courriel que
vous lui avez adressé le 1er novembre 2011, concernant la nouvelle
taxe de 45$ sur l'immatriculation des véhicules dans le but d'aider au
financement de la Société de transport de Montréal (STM).
La Ville de Montréal n'a pas le pouvoir d'imposer cette taxe à
l'extérieur de l'agglomération de Montréal, mais nous tentons de
convaincre les maires de la Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal
(CMM) d'emboîter le pas. D'ici là, les montants perçus de cette taxe
serviront exclusivement à la STM, donc aux Montréalais.
Nous avons pris bonne note de vos commentaires et vous remercions
d'avoir pris le temps de les formuler.
Veuillez agréer, Monsieur, l'expression de nos sentiments les meilleurs.

Sehr geehrte Prof. Lux,

ich freue mich wie ein Kind über die Entscheidung zum Neubau und muss mich bei Ihnen persönlich für Ihre Arbeit bedanken.

Ich wohne derzeit in Kanada - habe aber mein ganzes Studium in Berlin in der Breitestrasse verbracht. Auch wenn ich vielleicht dieses gemuetliche DDR Design vermissen werde freue ich mich unglaublich ueber einen Naubau.

Hier in Montreal, Quebec, ist genau das eingetreten, was Sie in Ihren 

Äußerungen immer wieder prognostizieren. Die Bibliothek is Mittelpunkt 

des Studentenviertels, Treffpunkt vieler Menschen, Verweilort nach dem Arbeiten

und gleichzeitig Buero fuer meine Doktorarbeit.

Berlin Tempelhof - old Harbour restored

Grünerløkka in Oslo ...or every rich city has it's village

Surprisingly, architecture in Oslo Grünløkka pretty
much fits with what we could also admire in Berlin Kreuzberg,
Friedrichshain or Charlottenburg.

Affordable however is not really a shared feature of this
neighborhood as nothing is in Norway. The "VILLAGE" Grünerløkka
( was the village in NYC so ahead of all other gentrificated
quarters that we named a prototype after it....?)-
on the other hand does not lack of anything: hipster bars
and fancy food, boutiques and one tram line in the middle, which
separates homogeneously chess board structured residential blocks.
 Wherever you go, recently hippstered quartiers all follow
some basic rules, apparently. Compare Bedford street in
Williamsburg, Oranienstrasse in Kreuzberg, O-weg in Bremen...

Roamed around a while in this nice spot,
and drank milk.

some among us? Is it challenging this group to much,
and cause the most insane fighting back as a temple
knight
with Chemical fertilizer..?
